Owner Marty DeNinno will personally meet with you, walk your property, and get a good understanding of what you are looking to achieve. From there we’ll provide a free estimate and design a plan that meets your specific needs. We’ll explain our products and show why they’re better. We’ll present options that take the worry and hassle out of installation, operation and maintenance and are happy to offer references and examples of our work. We’re able to speak to the value and savings achieved from new technology, water-use efficiency, LED lighting, and advancements in mobile-based phone control.

We offer an array of pricing options and discounts including a 10% discount for all active and retired military personnel, and pre-scheduled maintenance programs where we take care of everything. We coordinate with your landscaper, landscape architect, builder or remodeler and get all necessary permits. We text and email you appointment reminders, provide 2-hour appointment windows, and maintain all service history and equipment records for you. Installations are typically done in two days or less. And we only use licensed plumbers and electricians.

We offer a full 10-year warranty on all Kichler™ lighting fixtures, and three years on our Sonarray™ speaker systems. We have an easy to understand, conveniently-priced maintenance plan that ensures everything works as it should, enabling you to be free from having to do anything.
